We're currently looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team.

You’ll work projects from start to finish across a range of residential and light commercial work including renovations, remodels, and custom builds throughout Anchorage.

Day to day, that includes:

• Rough carpentry: demo, framing, siding, exterior trim, decks, doors, and windows

• Finish carpentry: trim from base to crown, cabinet installation, and all the details in between

• Reading and building from architectural and interior design plans; working within MOA code requirements

• Training and managing crew members as needed

• Maintaining accurate timekeeping, daily logs, receipts, and records

You must have:

• Proven experience across rough and finish carpentry

• Your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record

• Tools and equipment appropriate for the role

• A professional respectful demeanor - you’re often the face our clients see every day

• The ability to problem-solve on the fly, ask good questions, and share what you know

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

• 40hr work week, Monday through Thursday 7am - 5pm
